THE PRODUCTION CYCLES
The production cycle is expected planting during autumn-winter, between November to February. At the late winter and spring, wheat plants grow and the ears begin to fill.
The extra virgin olive oil is produced from olive trees planted several decades ago. The cultivars are typical native of Salento, Cellina of Nardò and Ogliarola Salentina, as required by the specification for the DOP “Terra d’Otranto” certification.

Le proprietà si trovano in agro di Campi Salentina e Salice Salentino, nella provincia di Lecce.
Già a metà ‘700 molti terreni appartenevano alla famiglia e rappresentavano in alcuni casi residenza del soggiorno estivo.
