An alternation of durum wheat, barley, oats, etc. are sown on farmlands, following the procedures of the organic method.

The production cycle is expected planting during autumn-winter, between November to February. At the late winter and spring, wheat plants grow and the ears begin to fill. With sunshine and mild temperatures the maturation of the “grain” (fruit) begins. Harvest (reaping) typically takes place in June.
