An alternation of chickpeas, beans, lentils, etc. are sown on farmlands, following the procedures of the organic method. This practice enriches the soil of precious elements, such as phosphorous and nitrogen.
The production cycle is expected planting during winter, between February- the beginning of March. During the spring the pods begin to fill and with the sunshine and the mild temperatures they begin the ripening and the maturation of legumes (fruit).
